Registration

Registration and full paper submission deadline: 15^th January 2024

Active participant (presenter of paper)

The registration to the conference for active participants presenting a paper is done via the EasyChair conference submission system. After log-in, participants are required to enter all authors’ details and upload full papers. It is possible to pre-register earlier and upload the files later until the deadline. The Submission ID is important for payment and variable symbol.

REGISTRATION ACTIVE

Passive participant (attending co-author; participants without paper)

 Attending co-authors and participants without any paper at the conference are required to register in the registration form for passive participants and provide all required information. The registration is completed after the payment is received to our account.

REGISTRATION PASSIVE

All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. In case the paper is multi-authored and more than one author will attend the conference, only one author will register/submit the paper as active participant presenting the paper, the other attending author/s will register in the form for passive participants. Each author marked as a corresponding author will receive email messages about this submission and conference. Each attending author is recommended to be marked as corresponding author. 

Registration Fees

1. ACTIVE participation

• EARLY personal: 3.300 CZK (25% discount if you submit your full paper by 4th December 2023. Payment should be received by December 21st, 2023.)

• STANDARD personal: 4.400 CZK
  

• Additional paper fee: 2.500 CZK

2. PASSIVE participation

• Personal: 2.500 CZK

Registration Fee include:

The registration fee for active personal participation includes presentation of the submitted paper, personal access to all sessions and plenary session, printed version of Book of Abstracts and printed copy of conference programme, organizational costs, conference materials and refreshment (coffee breaks, lunches and dinner), social activities, review process for publication in conference journals.

The registration fee for passive personal participation includes personal access to all sessions and plenary session, printed version of Book of Abstracts and printed copy of conference programme, organizational costs, conference materials and refreshment (coffee breaks, lunches and dinner), social activities.

The additional paper fee is for authors with more than one paper, thus, the regular fee for active participants is applied for the first submitted paper and additional paper fee is applied for the second additional submitted paper. Each submitted paper must have different content in accordance with publication ethics.

Registration is required for all participants attending the conference.

Payment details

In order to receive an invoice, you must state this in the registration form. Invoices will be sent via email as a PDF attachment after the conference. Originals will be sent only if requested. If the bank transfer is ordered by a natural person, it is not possible to issue an invoice to a company or organisation afterwards.

 The invoice will be issued in CZK.

 There are 2 options available for participants how to make the payment:

1. BANK TRANSFER

Participants are responsible for any wire transfer fees from their bank.

2. FLYWIRE (only for foreign accounts)

Participants paying from foreign accounts can use application Flywire which allows excellent exchange rates, fast and secure payments.

Abstract

The abstract should be written as one paragraph of plain text and it should not contain any pictures or tables. The abstract is limited to 150 to 250 words.

If you wish to publish your abstract in the Book of Abstracts, you must state this during the registration. The title of the submission should not exceed 130 characters to be able to be published in the Book of Abstracts. The authors may be contacted individually in case of too long title or another issues while typesetting of their abstract to the Book of Abstracts.

Paper Submission

The submission of full paper is obligatory for presentation at the ECOS conference. You may choose to submit your manuscript as a single PDF file, in any format or layout.

If you want to publish your paper in Conference Proceedings of Full Papers, please use the Conference proceedings Paper Template.

In case of submitting two or more papers by the same author (meaning under the same author account) always a new submission has to be created in the conference system in order to distinguish more paper submissions.

Best papers will be invited for a submission to journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. 

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation after the standard registration deadline is possible.
