Registration

The registration is open 1. 11. 2020 – 18. 1. 2021.

Active participants (presenter of paper)

The registration to the conference for active participants presenting a paper is done via the EasyChair conference submission system. After log-in, participants are required to enter all authors’ details and upload extended abstracts. It is possible to pre-register and upload the files later until the deadline. The Submission ID is important for payment and variable symbol. If the participant register his paper until 1st December, the Early registration fee may be applied.

Passive participants (attending co-author; participants without paper)

Attending co-authors and participants without any paper at the conference are required to register in the registration form for passive participants and provide all required information. The conference fee is the same for active and passive participants. The registration is completed after the payment is received to our account.

Registration Fees

1. ACTIVE participation

  • EARLY personal onsite: 3.300 CZK / 130 EUR*
  • EARLY online: 2.900 CZK / 115 EUR*

EARLY registration fee is applied if the participant register by 1st December 2020, 23:59 at the latest. 

  • STANDARD personal onsite: 4.200 CZK / 165 EUR*
  • STANDARD online: 3.800 CZK / 150 EUR*
  • Additional paper fee: 2.000 CZK / 80 EUR*

2. PASSIVE participation

  • Personal onsite: 2.000 CZK / 80 EUR*
  • Online: 1.500 CZK / 60 EUR*

Registration Fees include:

The registration fee for active personal onsite participation includes presentation of the submitted paper, personal access to all sessions and plenary session, review process, printed version of Book of Abstracts and printed copy of conference programme, organizational costs, conference materials and refreshment (coffee breaks, lunch and social event). Optional guided tour in Vila Tugendhat on Friday afternoon.

The registration fee for active online participation includes presentation of the submitted paper, online access to all sessions and plenary session, review process, online version of Book of Abstracts and programme, organizational and technical costs.

The registration fee for passive personal onsite participation includes personal access to all sessions and plenary session, printed version of Book of Abstracts and printed copy of conference programme, organizational costs, conference materials and refreshment (coffee breaks, lunch and social event). Optional guided tour in Vila Tugendhat on Friday afternoon.

The registration fee for passive online participation includes online access to all sessions and plenary session, online version of Book of Abstracts and programme, organizational and technical costs.

The additional paper fee is for authors with more than one paper, thus, the regular fee for active participants is applied for the first submitted paper and additional paper fee is applied for each additional submitted paper. Each submitted paper must have different content in accordance with publication ethics.

Accommodation is not included in the fee. Participants should make room reservations individually, directly to the selected hostel/hotel. See our accomodation recommendationsParticipants have to arrange visa at their own. The conference organizers are not responsible for no granting a visa to a conference participant. Registration is required for all participants attending the conference.

All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. In case the paper is multi-authored and more than one author will attend the conference, only one author will register/submit the paper as active participant, the other attending author will register in form for passive participants. Each author marked as a corresponding author will receive email messages about this submission and conference. Each attending author is recommended to be marked as corresponding author. 


Payment information

In order to receive an invoice, you must state this in the registration form. Invoices will be sent via email as a PDF attachment after the conference. Originals will be sent only if requested. If the bank transfer is ordered by a natural person, it is not possible to issue an invoice to a company or organisation afterwards.

The invoice will be issued in CZK.

Active participants and co-authors: Last 3 figures of variable symbol ("nnn") should be completed with your EasyChair ID that you will get after the registration.

Example: Submission 8 --> Variable symbol: 1200191008.

Passive participants without paper will receive the variable symbol via email during 3 days after the registration.

Message to the remittee / Note for beneficiary:

Please always include participant name in the payment details.

Participants are responsible for any wire transfer fees from their bank.

2. FLYWIRE (only for foreign accounts)

Participants paying from foreign accounts can use application Flywire which allows excellent exchange rates, fast and secure payments.

Paper Submission

There is no paper template. You may choose to submit your manuscript as a single PDF file, in any format or layout. 

In case of submitting two or more papers by the same author (meaning under the same author account) always a new submission has to be created in the conference system in order to distinguish more paper submissions.

Best papers will be invited for a submission to journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. 


Cancellation Policy

No cancellation after the standard registration deadline is possible.
