Conference Proceedings - Peer Review Process
The quality of papers published in the Enterprise and Competitive Environment Conference Proceedings is assured through the peer review process. All papers submitted for publication in the proceedings are first screened by an expert reviewer to ensure that they are in line with the focus of the conference. All papers that pass the initial review and are subsequently presented at the conference are subject to peer review. Each paper is reviewed by an independent reviewer who is an expert on the topic. Reviewers are selected by the responsible editor of the proceedings. Reviewers are asked to follow the ethical guidelines of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
The feedback is always sent to the author of the submitted paper through the editorial office. According to the peer review the author's contribution is:
1. Accepted without any revisions.
2. Accepted with minor revisions.
3. Major revisions are necessary, reassessment by the reviewer after revisions is necessary.
4. Rejected.
The editors do not guarantee that a manuscript will be accepted for publication, nor do they guarantee a prompt review.
