We are pleased to invite you to the 28th International Conference ECONOMIC COMPETITIVENESS AND SUSTAINABILITY.
The conference is held on March 26 – 27, 2026. It crosses traditional discipline boundaries and involves a wide variety of interactions ranging from traditional academic disciplines or schools of thought to the reality of business. Many of the issues discussed provide innovative ideas and combine the best academic thinking with the industry expertise development in financial services, public sector/government, information and communications technologies.

Conference Organization

The conference is held in English. Authors are welcome to submit original and unpublished research papers. Best papers will be invited for a submission to selected journals and Conference Proceedings. The submission of full paper is obligatory for presentation at the ECOS conference. Conference participants are expected to serve as discussants of a paper of another conference participant, but it is not a typical review. You will receive the paper some time ahead to have time to read it and then to encourage the discussion at the conference parallel session.

Conference participants will have the opportunity to send their papers presented at the conference for publishing in one of these journals:

  • EJOBSAT (ISSN 2336-6494 Print, ISSN 2694-7161 Online) indexed in Scopus, RePEc, DOAJ
  • Review of Economic Perspectives (ISSN 1213-2446 Print, ISSN 1804-1663 Online) indexed in WoS, Scopus, ERIH+, EconLit, EBSCOhost, RePEC and other databases

Only the high-quality papers successfully passing a review process will be considered for publishing.
All papers must represent original and unpublished work that is not currently under review.

Eligible for participation is every paper with completed succesfull registration and which is accepted to the presentation at the conference ECOS 2025 according to current Terms and Conditions. More information you can find here.
